Ben P
Psychologist
Ben is kind and empathetic. He enjoys gaming, travelling, movies, swimming, dancing and playing water polo. With a Master’s in Professional Psychology, an Arts degree, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, he plans to one day complete a PhD. Passionate about the disability industry’s caring and compassionate values, Ben aligns his work with making a difference. He speaks Japanese and has lived in Tasmania and Queensland previously before returning to Victoria.

David M
Counsellor
David is a Counsellor who gained his Masters in Counselling in 2018 from Swinburne University of Technology. He is a clinical registrant with the Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). He has worked, in the NDIS field since its inception in 2018. During this time David has worked with a wide variety of clients with varying presentations such as Intellectual Disability, schizoaffective, and personality disorders. He works in a client-centred approach, working with his clients ensuring that he has created a safe space to build the therapeutic alliance. In his spare time, David enjoys swimming, playing yoga, and reading.

Ebba M
Peer Mentor / Support Worker
Ebba is a Counsellor registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) Level 2 and has been supporting NDIS participants since 2022. With experience as both a Counsellor and Disability Support Worker, she has supported people with a wide range of mental, emotional and physical disabilities, including complex support needs. Ebba is passionate about empowering people to build confidence, independence and wellbeing. She takes a warm, client-centred approach, incorporating evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to help participants achieve their goals. Originally from Sweden, Ebba enjoys exercising, spending time in nature, reading, and being creative in her spare time.

Kent T
Occupational Therapist
Kent is an Occupational Therapist with experience working with children, adults and participants with complex needs and a wide range of diagnosis and support needs, such as neurodevelopmental disorders, sensory, self-regulation, physical and cognitive challenges. Kent is qualified to provide advanced intervention and support on Complex Home Modifications, Therapeutic Listening and Home & Living Assessments. Kent is passionate about developing client-centred interventions, in which participants will be always offered opportunities to choose activities that they enjoy or prefer, while ensuring the sessions are goal-directed. Kent also brings a genuine commitment to continuous professional development and helps his participants reach their full potential. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, video games and exploring new places.

Ray L
Occupational Therapist
Ray completed his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at Monash University. He has experience supporting NDIS participants across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, ADHD, psychosocial disabilities, acquired brain injuries and complex support needs. Prior to joining the team, Ray gained experience across aged care, paediatric, community rehabilitation and disability settings, as well as acute and geriatric services through his clinical placements. Ray is passionate about empowering participants to build independence and improve their quality of life through meaningful participation in everyday activities. He takes a client-centred and evidence-based approach to practice and enjoys working collaboratively with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes and support individuals to reach their goals. Outside of work, Ray enjoys exploring new food and cafés, travelling and playing tennis.

Stuart C
Senior Occupational Therapist
Stuart is an Occupational Therapist with experience in supporting adults and children with various diagnoses, with a particular focus on supporting autistic children and their families. Stu also has experience mentoring early-career OTs and he is passionate about fostering professional growth. He is passionate about supporting and advocating for autistic children, teens and adults through a neurodiversity-affirming lens and brings a genuine commitment to promoting authentic participation and enjoyment in participants’ daily activities. Outside of work, Stu enjoys playing Pokémon and he also loves sport, playing local footy and following the mighty Dees.
