Ian C
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Ian has experience supporting children and young people with behavioural challenges, as well as individuals and families requiring behaviour support and case management services. Prior to joining the team, he worked as a support worker, case manager, and behavioural therapist, developing a strong foundation in understanding behaviour and supporting meaningful outcomes for the people he works with. Ian holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis. He is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve positive, sustainable change and brings a genuine commitment to building strong, collaborative relationships with those he supports. Ian values taking an individualised approach, combining evidence-based practice with empathy, patience, and creativity to develop strategies that align with each person’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. Outside of work, Ian enjoys cooking, visual art, movies, TV shows, and video games. He is also currently learning how to sew and enjoys exploring a range of creative pursuits.

Josephine W
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Josephine has a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis, with experience in providing positive behaviour support and supporting individuals with complex needs, such as autism, intellectual disabilities and schizophrenia. Prior to joining the team, she worked in early intervention and disability support services for young autistic children. Josephine is passionate about delivering strength-based, person-centred practice that empowers participants to build independence and improve quality of life, as well as bringing a genuine commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Sue S
Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner
Sue has worked with behaviourally challenged Children, Young People and their families for over 35 years. She has worked in Remote Communities, Out of Home Care and Child Protection. Sue has broad knowledge and experience in assisting families to manage difficult behaviours and has acquired a repertoire of effective strategies which can be readily implemented in the most complex of situations.

Svetlana F
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Svetlana is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor of Social Science in Youth Studies and 20 years of experience working with families, children, and young people with diverse support needs. She has extensive experience in behaviour support, family services, mental health, disability, and supporting young people experiencing school attendance and wellbeing challenges. Prior to joining the team, Svetlana worked in a range of roles including Integrated Family Services Practitioner, Wellbeing Coordinator in secondary schools, and within alternative education settings. Svetlana is passionate about empowering individuals and families to achieve their goals and is committed to delivering trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centred support. She brings a genuine dedication to building positive relationships and supporting participants to improve their overall wellbeing and quality of life. Outside of work, Svetlana enjoys Pilates and spending quality time with her two young daughters, family, and friends.

Van G
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Van is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience delivering early intensive behavioural interventions for children, as well as supporting NDIS participants across the lifespan with complex needs. Prior to joining the team, he worked as a nurse in the Philippines before relocating to New Zealand, where he gained further experience in residential care settings. After completing his undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Van moved to Australia, where he initially worked as a Behaviour Therapist before transitioning into a BSP role in 2024.
Van is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support. He draws evidence-based practices grounded in his ABA background, while ensuring his work aligns with the standards and guidelines set by the NDIS.
Outside of work, Van enjoys spending time with his family and is a proud husband and father to his 4-year-old daughter. He has a strong interest in gaming, anime, movies, and books, and is currently working on improving his fitness, with plenty of enthusiasm along the way.
